Financial Services Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Interact with clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and online communications

• Establish meaningful relationships and build trust with clients

• Evaluate clients’ financial data

• Create customized action plans

• Provide personalized financial options and solutions

• Serve as a representative of Apprisen within local communities

• Deliver financial education to community organizations

• Participate in ongoing improvements and innovative practices

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience and education

• Proficient computer skills and the ability to swiftly adapt to new technologies

• Creative mindset to devise new solutions for complex problems

• Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication abilities

• Strong capacity for self-directed learning

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and work hours

• Successful completion of credit, background, and drug pre-employment screenings is required

• Bilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory
