This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish robust client relationships by comprehending their objectives and providing customized financial solutions.

• Cultivate and expand a profitable, sustainable client portfolio through methods such as prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement.

• Offer personalized, advice-driven insurance and wealth management solutions.

• Represent Co-operators as a prominent and professional independent representative.

• Develop and manage an independent advisory practice under the Co-operators brand.

• Continuously enhance expertise in insurance, wealth solutions, and market dynamics.

• Effectively manage time, priorities, and sales pipeline while striving to achieve business objectives.

• Distribute Co-operators products exclusively in accordance with the independent contractor agreement.

• Fulfill necessary background, credit, and eligibility assessments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Insurance of Person license in Quebec, or readiness to acquire it.

• Commitment to ongoing licensing and continuing education requirements.

• Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or advisory sales environments.

• Proven experience in managing your own business.

• Background in wealth management, B2B sales, account management, or business development.

• Experience in client-facing advisory or relationship management positions.

• Proficient in both spoken and written French and English.

• Capability to establish trusted relationships and transform them into lasting business growth.

• Strong mindset geared towards sales and business development.

• Comfort with prospecting, networking, and identifying opportunities.

• Clear and confident communication skills.

• Excellent organizational abilities and disciplined follow-through.

• Client-focused, advice-driven approach.

• Resilience, accountability, and self-motivation.

• Eligibility to undergo a thorough background check, credit check, and eligibility evaluations.
