This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Continuously enhance knowledge in insurance, wealth solutions, and market trends.
• Independently manage time, priorities, and sales pipeline.
• Conduct thorough background, credit, and eligibility checks.
• Possess a valid Insurance of person license in Quebec or be willing to acquire one.
• Fulfill ongoing licensing and continuing education obligations.
• Relevant experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or advisory-based sales environments.
• Relevant experience in operating your own business.
• Relevant background in wealth management, B2B sales, account management, or business development.
• Relevant experience in client-facing advisory or relationship management roles.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Professional working proficiency in French and English necessary for frequent complex written and oral communication.
• Ability to establish trusted relationships and translate them into sustainable business growth.
• Strong mindset oriented toward sales and business development.
• Comfort in prospecting, networking, and generating opportunities.
• Clear and confident communication skills accompanied by strong organizational abilities.
• Disciplined in follow-through.
