Financial Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Provide financial advisory support to finance teams and other departments to aid in decision-making.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets, closing processes, and forecasts.

• Ensure the effective implementation of control frameworks within O-I.

• Support the calculations related to business cases.

• Manage month-end closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP.

• Oversee financial data management.

• Generate reports that facilitate insightful financial analysis.

• Aid in audits by supplying necessary documentation and analysis.

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and recommend actionable plans.

• Track business performance in relation to budgets and forecasts.

• Communicate any variances and trends to business management.

• Engage in FP&A projects.

• Share knowledge and expertise with fellow Reporting Analysts.

• Automate processes, standardize practices, and provide technical support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Accounting.

• Fluent in English.

• Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SSC/BPO or Controlling.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of Tagetik is considered an advantage.

• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.

• Solid understanding of General Accounting principles.

• Skills in Cost Management, budgeting, and controlling.

• Possess strong communication skills and fundamentals of public speaking.
