Financial Planner, Client Management – Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Offer expert guidance to a cohort of 25–30 undergraduate online learners

• Assist students with academic writing, research, and effective time management

• Facilitate one-on-one and small-group tutoring sessions

• Direct students to pertinent reference materials

• Evaluate assessments and deliver comprehensive feedback

• Oversee discussion forums

• Provide timely, proactive, and personalized support for student inquiries and challenges

• Engage promptly with students through email, phone calls, and online sessions

⛳️ Requirements

• PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class honors from a leading university in India

• Minimum of 5 years of corporate and/or teaching experience in relevant disciplines

• Preferred formal teaching experience at a university or college level

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire financial planning process

• Familiarity with client data analysis, construction of statements of advice, and adherence to legal and ethical standards

• Expertise in financial planning software

• Strong decision-making abilities

• Excellent communication skills for fostering and maintaining client relationships

• An empathetic, ambitious, warm, and approachable personality

• Proficient in English with outstanding oral and written communication skills

• Must have access to a functional laptop

• Reliable high-speed internet connection (>10 MBPS)

• Ability to quickly adapt to and utilize technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac

• Availability to work between 5 pm and 10 pm daily
