This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.
• Manage daily financial operations, including quarterly automated recordkeeping, payment processing, and distribution for RIA and TPA.
• Oversee and administer the RIA database.
• Process billing for Government Savings, managed accounts, Newport Insurance tasks, SubTA billing, AFCA deposits, and fee equalization.
• Take ownership of quarterly and monthly automated RIA and TPA fee processes, including payment processing, error and variance analysis, trade confirmation, and payment instruction delivery.
• Address and resolve inquiries, issues, and questions related to RIA/TPA.
• Coordinate the custom reporting and delivery of RIA to various firms.
• Submit RK HD tickets for enhancements, research, and reporting related to fees.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with the Credit Memo and RK Loss databases as per the published Table of Authority.
• Oversee processes related to Managed Account and Fiduciary service products.
• Allocate fund revenue into plan holding accounts and manage participant fee equalization.
• Conduct quarterly quality control for wrap fee calculations.
• Generate invoices and process outgoing wires using journal entries for Government Saving contracts on an annual, quarterly, and month-end basis.
• Reconcile billed revenue, insurance, and mutual fund commissions.
• Facilitate monthly or quarterly payments to third parties.
• Report and perform quality control on RIA payments through dashboards.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Business Consultant and client service teams to address questions and enhance the advisor payment experience.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Assist with additional assigned tasks and projects.
• Exhibit Ascensus’s I-Client service philosophy and core values in everyday activities.
• Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Access is advantageous.
• Strong skills in both written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
• A dedicated virtual workspace is essential for remote positions.
• Family care arrangements must be made during business hours for remote roles.
• An internet speed of 25 Mbps or higher is required for individual use.
• If the same internet connection is shared with multiple users, a stronger connection is necessary.
• Option for virtual remote work.
