Financial Manager – Middle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Ensure precise and effective financial operations with Payment Service Providers (PSPs).

• Conduct reconciliations with payment system providers and investigate any discrepancies.

• Oversee liquidity management, including top-ups, invoice control, and settlement oversight.

• Maintain consistent communication with PSPs.

• Generate ad hoc reports related to PSPs for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Engage in automation initiatives.

• Assist in the preparation of internal documentation pertaining to PSPs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A higher education degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a similar discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Analysis or Audit.

• Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above.

• Strong proficiency in Excel.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to adapt, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Experience in Payments is a plus.

• Familiarity with Tableau or similar analytical tools is advantageous.
