Financial Manager Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage in a 4-month online Finance internship.

• Collaborate on authentic financial and accounting projects within an international tech company.

• Focus on one or more specific areas based on development trajectory and team requirements.

• Conduct international and management audits in accordance with global standards.

• Evaluate tax risks within a multi-jurisdictional framework.

• Prepare documentation for transfer pricing and benchmarking.

• Assist in financial reporting and management analytics across service companies, delivery projects, investment funds, and startups.

• Oversee and analyze corporate expenditures while facilitating the automation of accounting processes.

• Participate in international accounting and tax compliance across various jurisdictions.

• Support Ukrainian accounting efforts, including fixed assets, accounting automation, charitable funds, and defense-related initiatives.

• Collaborate with peers in related Finance sectors.

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Fundamental understanding of accounting and financial reporting.

• Proficient in English to comprehend spoken communication and engage in work-related discussions.

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Comfort with numbers and spreadsheet applications.

• Eagerness to learn and discover new tools, including artificial intelligence.

• Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility.
