Financial Manager Intern

📋 Description

• Engage with authentic financial and accounting tasks within an international technology group.

• Investigate various facets of Finance and understand how financial processes operate across diverse business models and jurisdictions.

• Take part in international and management audits adhering to global standards.

• Evaluate tax risks within a multi-jurisdictional framework and compile transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking reports.

• Generate financial reports and management analytics for service companies, delivery projects, investment funds, and startups.

• Oversee corporate expenses, which includes establishing usage policies, expense management and analysis, as well as accounting automation.

• Execute international accounting and tax compliance across different legal entities and jurisdictions.

• Conduct Ukrainian accounting for the group's primary service business, fixed assets, charitable funds, and defense-related initiatives.

• Collaborate with colleagues across interconnected Finance sectors.

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a similar discipline.

• Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficient in English to comprehend spoken communication and engage in work-related discussions.

• Possess an analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and confidence in handling numbers and spreadsheets.

• Eager to learn and explore new tools, including AI technologies.

• Demonstrate proactivity, accountability, and a sincere interest in pursuing a career in Finance.
