Financial Manager Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Engage in a 4-month online Finance internship.

• Dedicate 3–4 hours daily, participating in 2–3 one-hour sessions per week during the initial weeks, transitioning to 2 half-hour sessions per week thereafter.

• Contribute in one or more focus areas based on development trajectory and team requirements.

• Execute international and management audits adhering to global standards.

• Evaluate tax risks within a multi-jurisdictional framework and prepare transfer pricing documentation alongside benchmarking.

• Generate financial reports and management analytics for service companies, delivery projects, investment funds, and startups.

• Oversee corporate expense cards, including policies on usage, expense oversight, analysis, and automation of accounting processes.

• Assist with international accounting and tax compliance across various jurisdictions.

• Manage Ukrainian accounting, fixed assets, accounting automation, charitable funds, and defence-related operations.

• Collaborate with colleagues across interlinked Finance domains.

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficient in English to comprehend spoken communication and engage in work-related discussions.

• Possess an analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and confidence in handling numbers and spreadsheets.

• Eagerness to learn and experiment with new tools, including AI technologies.

• Demonstrate proactivity, accountability, and a sincere interest in developing a career in Finance.
