Financial Care Agent – Redemption

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service and support regarding billing inquiries

• Process payments, review payoffs, and set up payment plans for overdue accounts

• Manage inbound and outbound calls related to collections and billing

• Aid in account reconciliation and analysis, ensuring proper transaction recording

• Negotiate payment arrangements and address billing disputes with excellent phone manners

• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in line with company policies

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability for full-time work

• Willingness to undergo 6 weeks of paid training, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm EST

• Flexibility for 8-hour production shifts from Monday to Friday between 8am–9pm EST, and Saturday from 8am–12 noon EST

• Commitment to work 2 Saturdays each month

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• Exceptional customer service abilities and phone etiquette

• Capability to conduct account analyses using math skills for precise reporting

• Completion of a background check and drug test
