Financial BPO Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute financial operations for clients utilizing the necessary platforms and systems.

• Manage accounts payable, financial reconciliation, payroll, and benefits administration tasks.

• Ensure adherence to the established processes, rules, deadlines, and policies for each client.

• Recognize, tackle, and escalate any operational discrepancies.

• Monitor clients’ financial inquiries and pending items.

• Foster strong relationships with clients through support and proactive communication.

• Anticipate potential issues and relay pertinent information.

• Record incidents and ensure operational documentation is current.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of internal processes.

• Engage in regular team alignment meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in financial operations.

• Background in accounts payable, bank reconciliation, payroll, or similar financial processes.

• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to adhere to processes, procedures, and deadlines with diligence.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in working with digital systems and platforms.

• An orientation towards quality and operational compliance.

• Ability to identify challenges and independently pursue solutions.

• Availability for engagement during business hours (GMT-3).

• Preferred: experience in Financial BPO, financial back-office functions, ERPs or financial systems, condominium property management, personnel administration, benefits administration, continuous improvement, and customer service or client relationship management.
