Financial Analyst – Accounts Receivable

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Process and accurately record payments received through payment slips, PIX, and bank transfers in the system.

• Reconcile payment slips and PIX transactions, addressing discrepancies and ensuring accuracy in the financial closing process.

• Oversee payment slip billing and review bank remittance and return files.

• Address inquiries related to cancellations, extensions, payment confirmations, and changes in services.

• Monitor receipts from the Decodificar platform, ensuring their accurate posting and reconciliation.

• Assist educational institutions with queries about financial and administrative processes associated with receipts.

• Register new services and payment plans within the system.

• Generate payment slips for maintenance services, one-time charges, and additional services.

• Ensure the prompt and accurate generation, submission, and processing of bank remittance files.

• Conduct daily bank reconciliation of receivables.

• Analyze daily cash flow variances, identifying anomalies or deviations.

• Create, analyze, and present reliable accounts receivable reports.

• Support the review and organization of financial data.

• Contribute to the development of policies, processes, and workflows aimed at enhancing the quality of financial information and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience with TOTVS RM ERP.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and PivotTables.

• Knowledge and experience in managing various payment methods.

• Background in accounts receivable operations.
