Finance Shared Services Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Execute daily tasks within the department.

• Review daily operations for accuracy and address any discrepancies for management.

• Foster, develop, and sustain effective communication and relationships with internal stakeholders, including business units, operations, and property CFOs.

• Recognize and consistently fulfill internal customer needs.

• Engage in the planning, design, and assessment of assigned projects.

• Ensure that analytical and control functions are performed effectively within the department.

• Contribute to the ongoing measurement, development, and enhancement of customer service quality and efficiency throughout the Finance Shared Services Center.

• Take part in LEAN training and propose ideas for continuous improvement.

• Support organizational strategies and business objectives to achieve both individual and departmental performance standards.

• Comply with departmental policies and procedures to guarantee successful internal and external audits.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovative concepts, communicating them effectively.

• Exhibit proficiency in systems related to job responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• At least 1 year of relevant prior experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management — Preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a shared services environment and/or process improvement — Preferred.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays — Preferred.

• Bilingual, with English as the primary or secondary language — Preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe software, including creating spreadsheets, applying formulas, and formatting — Preferred.

• Experience in a similar resort environment — Preferred.

• Required gaming registration/work permit/licensing in all applicable jurisdictions — Preferred.
