Finance Analyst IV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Gather and analyze financial data for the organization

• Oversee various financial initiatives

• Efficiently manage service utilization and create measures to monitor, trend, and predict the effects of strategic projects

• Execute established reports and generate new reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies

• Create metrics to assess the financial implications of proposed contracts and medical management strategies

• Develop comprehensive revenue and expense analyses, forecasts, reports, and presentations

• Provide insights and commentary on business unit performance using market-specific knowledge and analysis results

• Produce and evaluate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring accurate recording of financial data

• Detect trends and shifts in competitive landscapes and communicate findings to senior management

• Conduct financial forecasting and reconcile internal accounts

• Investigate and analyze variances

• Manage complex and advanced financial analyses

• Present and discuss findings with senior management

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Over 6 years of experience in financial or data analysis

• Willingness to travel up to 10% for meetings

• Adherence to all policies and standards is mandatory

• Qualified candidates with arrest or conviction records will be evaluated according to the LA County Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act
