FIFO Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – LAME

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Execute the responsibilities of a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.

• Guarantee that all aircraft maintenance, documentation, and certifications adhere to the MOE, procedures manuals, and the obligations of the responsible CAMO.

• Engage in safety initiatives and help foster a zero-harm and incident/injury-free workplace.

• Conduct, implement, and sustain necessary shift/task handovers.

• Ensure that Critical Maintenance Tasks are finalized in accordance with relevant control procedures prior to issuing a CRS.

• Operate on a FIFO basis across airborne missions that support Australian Government maritime surveillance and search and rescue activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a LAME with B1 or B2 licensing.

• Experience in Heavy and Line maintenance.

• Must possess a DHC8 classic type rating.

• Full Australian working rights are necessary.

• May be required to comply with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

• Availability for 10-hour shifts across AM and PM schedules.

• Capability to work a FIFO roster of 20 days on and 20 days off.
