This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Execute repairs and installations independently, which includes remote repairs and Field Change Orders.
• Assess faults across various systems and determine solutions while taking into account clinical, technical, and commercial factors.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining professional communication, proactively managing escalations, collaborating with both internal and external partners, and providing guidance to colleagues.
• Deliver technical training during installation processes.
• Oversee small-scale projects, including relocations and upgrades.
• Resolve IT and network issues independently.
• Assist Sales and Project Management teams with technical inquiries.
• Offer pertinent information and support to customers as part of maintenance operations.
• Thoroughly document all activities in line with Philips quality standards.
• Report safety-related issues and adhere to applicable processes.
• Function as a Medical Devices Advisor in compliance with Section 31 of the German Medical Devices Act (MPG).
• Engage with regulatory bodies, such as regional medical associations.
• Experience in field service, along with relevant knowledge of medical technology and basic medical principles.
• Outstanding internal and external communication skills, a confident demeanor, dependability, and a professional commitment.
• Strong customer management abilities, assertiveness, and effective escalation management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and strong teamwork capabilities.
• High adaptability, willingness to travel extensively and work in various regions (>70%), including weekends and being on call 24/7.
• Solid understanding of IT and networking concepts.
• Proficient in MS Office and possess strong documentation skills.
• Experience in a radiology setting and knowledge of radiation protection.
