This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +2 more states.
• Install, integrate, test, and document enterprise networking, wireless, compute, storage, and data center infrastructure at customer locations across North America.
• Install, mount, replace, relocate, and decommission enterprise networking and infrastructure equipment.
• Rack and stack switches, routers, firewalls, servers, storage systems, UPS units, rack PDUs, and associated technology.
• Set up network cabinets, equipment racks, cable management systems, ladder racks, basket trays, conduit, raceways, and cable pathways.
• Verify equipment placement according to floor plans, rack elevations, and implementation documentation.
• Ensure proper equipment alignment, airflow, accessibility, and long-term serviceability.
• Pull, route, terminate, label, and test Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber-optic cabling.
• Install single-mode and multimode fiber infrastructure.
• Install patch cords and complete equipment cross-connects.
• Integrate racks with rail kits, mounting hardware, cable managers, networking, compute, storage, and security equipment.
• Build neat rack elevations and dress copper and fiber cabling according to White Glove standards.
• Install, replace, and mount enterprise wireless access points.
• Assist engineers with wireless validation, infrastructure testing, and post-installation assessments.
• Certify installed copper cabling and test fiber-optic infrastructure for continuity and performance.
• Confirm equipment connectivity, power, and physical installation.
• Conduct visual quality inspections and complete installation checklists.
• Resolve installation issues or escalate concerns to project resources.
• Capture photographs of installation and completion.
• Record cable identifiers, equipment serial numbers, and asset information.
• Update rack elevations, cable schedules, installation documentation, and as-built documentation.
• Complete daily project reports and status updates.
• Represent Myriad360 in a professional manner during customer engagements.
• Communicate effectively with customers, project teams, engineers, and site contacts.
• Safeguard customer facilities, equipment, and work areas.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Adhere to customer access, safety, security, and operational requirements.
• Engage in ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies.
• Identify and escalate security risks and contribute to remediation efforts.
• Complete the Myriad360 White Glove Academy within the first 30 days of employment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Proven experience in installing enterprise network, data center, or IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with structured copper and fiber-optic cabling.
• Experience in mounting wireless access points and enterprise network equipment.
• Ability to interpret floor plans, rack elevations, cable schedules, and installation drawings.
• Basic understanding of enterprise networking and infrastructure hardware.
• Proficient in safely using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifts.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight trips and scheduled maintenance windows.
• Capability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work safely on ladders, lifts, and active customer job sites.
• Must be located in the United States.
• BICSI Installer or Technician certification is preferred.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• Experience with Fluke cable certification equipment is preferred.
• Experience in fiber termination, splicing, and testing is preferred.
• Familiarity with installing technologies from Cisco, Juniper, HPE Aruba, Palo Alto Networks, Dell, HPE, or similar enterprises is preferred.
• Experience in enterprise data centers, colocation facilities, warehouses, or technology deployment environments is preferred.
• Successful completion of the Myriad360 White Glove Academy written and hands-on certification assessments is required before independently representing Myriad360 during customer engagements.
