Field Service Technician – Water Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer-oriented technical assistance for Hach’s range of equipment.

• Carry out commissioning, inspections, maintenance, and repairs.

• Support Hach’s product offerings for water and wastewater measurement.

• Provide training and instruction to customers.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team.

• Suggest the expansion of service contracts and equipment replacements.

• Contribute to product enhancements.

• Assist with installations for trial setups or customer projects.

• Foster customer satisfaction and develop robust customer relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualification as a Service Technician, Electrical Engineering Technician, water and wastewater management specialist, or an expert in wastewater or water supply technology (m/f/d).

• Willingness to travel for business daily, including 2–3 overnight trips per month.

• Class B driving license.

• Proficiency in German.
