Field Service Technician – Installation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on assistance to clients on-site.

• Conduct maintenance and repair tasks in the field.

• Provide customer-centric solutions that extend beyond standard repairs and upkeep.

• Educate staff on proper equipment usage.

• Instruct customers on how to effectively use equipment.

• Engage in frequent travel to client locations on a daily basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in computer systems, including familiarity with Windows-based applications.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Effective problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding communication capabilities.

• Background or education in mechanical or technical fields.

• Experience in electrical work.

• Previous customer service experience.

• Military background.

• Knowledge of software and hardware.

• Familiarity with pneumatics.

• Experience in HVAC systems.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving history (Required).

• Technical training in the biomedical or electronics sector (Preferred).

• Capacity to perform routine activities such as walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting.

• Must regularly lift, lower, carry, push, or pull weights between 1 to 55 pounds and occasionally between 56 to 100 pounds.

• Ability to push, pull, grasp, and exhibit manual dexterity with hands, arms, and shoulders.

• Capability to work in confined spaces.

• Regular travel to customer sites (daily).

• Occasional use of power tools.
