Field Service Technician II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Execute customer installations, maintenance, and service calls efficiently and in a timely manner

• Repair and service electromechanical equipment, such as ATMs and self-checkout systems, within a designated territory

• Conduct scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and comprehensive system overhauls

• Identify and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networking, and system configurations

• Oversee network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity

• Organize and prioritize customer concerns, proactively addressing issues whenever feasible

• Interact with customers in a transparent, supportive, and professional manner focused on resolution

• Engage in both virtual and practical training programs

• Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, accurate timekeeping, as well as fleet and safe driving standards

• Carry out additional duties that align with qualifications and business requirements

• May be assigned to nearby service territories during standard shifts to fulfill operational demands

• May choose to partake in overnight travel assignments to enhance service coverage

⛳️ Requirements

• Local candidate to the specified geographic area

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Minimum age of 19 years

• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet standards

• Proficient in PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiar with operating systems

• Capable of performing essential job functions without reasonable accommodation, including extensive travel with several hours of driving daily, rotating and weekend shifts, lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance, as well as physical tasks such as bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements

• Preferred: Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software

• Preferred: A+ Certification, CompTIA, or Network+ (N+) Certification

• Preferred: One (1) or more years of relevant experience
