This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain both product and component hardware and software predominantly at customer locations.
• Conduct scheduled inspections, cleaning, and various other services.
• Carry out minor product repairs within a designated territory.
• Evaluate products for proper operation and address issues or escalate them in accordance with established protocols.
• Organize services and complete all necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and a clear understanding of product functionality.
• Diagnose hardware and software failures using diagnostic tools and comprehensive analysis.
• Execute component-level hardware repairs.
• Clean and calibrate mechanical components.
• Set up and install relevant software.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections following documented procedures.
• Replenish consumables as instructed.
• Install, relocate, add, modify, and remove hardware and software products.
• Educate and train customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software.
• Engage in hardware and software training, including on-the-job, classroom, and online sessions.
• Contribute to the implementation of measures to meet established KPIs.
• Support special projects as assigned.
• Required education or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of pertinent experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A driver's license and driving record that meet DN's fleet requirements.
