This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical troubleshooting, inspections, setup, takedown, repairs, and maintenance for all units throughout Southern California and at our local service center.

• Utilize company vehicles to travel to designated job sites and safely transport trailers for service activities.

• Handle high-volume workloads while effectively prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Maintain strict compliance with all operational details, equipment safety standards, and fleet safety protocols.

• Execute travel and work on flexible schedules, including occasional nights, weekends, and under varying weather conditions as dictated by operational requirements.

• Keep accurate inventory records of parts to ensure efficient service operations.

• Assist and engage in ad-hoc projects and team initiatives as required.

• Willingness to work overtime based on operational needs.

• Technical expertise in using shop tools along with basic math skills to accurately read a measuring tape, log physical inventory counts, and manage unit-specific maintenance documentation.

• Excellent teamwork abilities with the capacity to collaborate effectively in a team environment while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor and clear communication.

• Physical capability to bend, kneel, reach, crouch, manipulate units, and lift or transport up to 70 lbs. of equipment or parts.
