Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver maintenance and repair services in the field.

• Install and provide support for dental equipment at client locations.

• Educate staff on the proper use of equipment.

• Instruct customers on how to effectively use the equipment.

• Offer hands-on, customer-centric solutions beyond just repairs and maintenance.

• Travel frequently to client locations, usually on a daily basis.

• Operate as an independent team player, assisting Benco Dental customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in computer usage, including familiarity with Windows-based applications.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Effective problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding communication capabilities.

• Background in mechanical or technical fields, or relevant education.

• Experience in electrical work, customer service, military service, software/hardware, pneumatics, or HVAC is beneficial.

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.

• Technical training in the bio-medical or electronics sector is preferred.

• Ability to work in confined spaces.

• Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations (daily).

• Occasionally required to use power tools.

• Regularly involves walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting.

• Frequently lift, lower, carry, push, or pull weights ranging from 1 to 55 pounds; occasionally 56 to 100 pounds.

• Involves routine pushing, pulling, grasping, and manual dexterity using hands, arms, and shoulders.
