This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement established field services processes and procedures.
• Carry out on-site installations, equipment start-ups and commissioning, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Complete field service projects within budgetary constraints and deadlines.
• Maintain communication with other departments to facilitate planning and budget goals.
• Interact with customers and team members to promote efficient problem resolution.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of the company's operational, marketing, engineering, pricing, sales, customer, and financial data.
• Effectively allocate time while monitoring critical information, schedules, and deadlines.
• Adhere to company and OSHA safety policies and procedures.
• Provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports and correspondence.
• Follow company policies, legal standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Undertake other related tasks as assigned.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Field Services Specialist and/or Technician.
• Background in engineering and/or electronics, or equivalent work experience, training, or education; a degree is preferred.
• A valid in-state driver’s license.
• Driving record must meet acceptable company standards and be maintained for the operation of company vehicles.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documentation, component and material specifications, CAD drawings, and specifications.
• Competence in uploading/downloading and making minor field modifications to PLC/HMI programming, primarily with Allen Bradley.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to MRP/ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of process instrumentation, including pressure, flow, and temperature transmitters, valve actuators, and testing and calibration.
• Extensive knowledge of field service management tools and software.
• Significant understanding of continuous emissions monitoring equipment.
• Solid knowledge of the safe handling, storage, and operation of equipment involving hazardous chemicals.
• Comprehensive knowledge of rotating equipment, including dampers, actuators, controls, and seal air fans.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including across state lines.
• Capability to perform necessary physical activities, including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, talking, hearing, and seeing.
• Adherence to company attendance standards.
• Ability to perform Light Work, which includes exerting up to 20 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently.
