Field Service Engineer – South East/London

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) at customer locations.

• Assist with the installation, commissioning, and deployment of new machines throughout the UK.

• Diagnose and resolve both mechanical and electrical issues.

• Perform preventative maintenance and address reactive repairs.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and site contacts.

• Travel across the South East/London area, with occasional overnight stays required.

• Document service activities, machine status, and updates utilizing digital systems and tools.

• Provide feedback, enhance technical knowledge, and uphold high safety standards.

• Adhere to TOMRA Safe and LOTO safety protocols.

• Assist customers through both planned and reactive field service tasks.

• A customer-centric approach with effective and confident communication skills.

• A foundation in electro-mechanical systems, with a willingness to learn how to analyze, test, and repair complex equipment.

• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a larger, supportive team.

• Flexibility to travel and manage your own schedule in a field-based position.

• A valid full UK driving licence.

• Willingness to work occasional approved overtime and weekends.

• From October 2027, availability for a rota-based shift pattern that includes weekend coverage.
