Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to STILL forklifts and material handling equipment.

• Perform preventative maintenance and essential checks on equipment.

• Travel to various customer locations as needed.

• Provide service for STILL forklifts and other material handling machinery.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and deliver outstanding support.

• Maintain precise records and place orders utilizing IT systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a vehicle technician or mechanical engineer.

• Background as a forklift technician, plant fitter, plant technician, or vehicle technician.

• Familiarity with plant equipment, powered access machinery, agricultural vehicles, motor vehicles, or industrial cleaners is highly advantageous.

• Ideally possess NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification, though this is not mandatory.

• Proficient in using IT equipment.

• Hold a full UK driving license.

• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
