Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems with STILL forklifts and material handling equipment.

• Perform preventative maintenance and essential inspections of equipment.

• Travel to customer sites to service STILL forklifts and other material handling machinery.

• Establish strong relationships with customers and provide outstanding support.

• Keep accurate records and manage orders using IT systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a vehicle technician or mechanical engineer.

• Background specifically as a forklift technician, plant fitter, plant technician, or vehicle technician.

• Experience with plant equipment, powered access equipment, agricultural machinery, motor vehicles, or industrial cleaners is highly preferred.

• Ideally possess an NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification, although this is not mandatory.

• Proficiency in using IT equipment is essential.

• A valid full UK driving license is required.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
