This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Engage with teams and clients through email, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Act as the key individual responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction within ChemTreat’s administrative operations.
• Collaborate with the local ChemTreat team on sales and administrative duties.
• Take part in team training sessions, customer education, service initiatives, and sales efforts.
• Foster relationships with local representatives and clients to enhance internal efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate connections with administrative staff at significant customer locations.
• Manage routine business transactions under the guidance of the assigned local representative.
• Serve as the liaison for ChemTreat customers and resolve issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with corporate teams on software and system modifications, including CT Vista, Power BI, and Concur.
• Communicate system updates and work with Area Managers to provide training and resources.
• Support field sales and service teams effectively.
• Collect and present financial management information.
• Distribute and amend salesman's cost updates.
• Maintain data related to pricing and contract management.
• Organize team meetings, customer entertainment, and travel logistics.
• Create internal and external account-management reports utilizing CT Vista, Microsoft Office, Power BI, tank monitoring software, and other tools.
• Place and monitor orders.
• Review customer guides and adjust customer pricing as needed.
• Verify invoicing for accuracy.
• Oversee administrative account-management responsibilities as directed by designated representatives.
• Travel as necessary, typically 10% or less.
• Some college coursework is required; courses in business school or college are preferred.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience as outlined above.
• At least five years of general business experience is necessary.
• Capability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Competence in typing is required.
• Ability to create customer reviews, sales presentations, and customer training materials in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Skills to collaborate with Graphics and Documents teams to prepare proposals and media.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and follow-up abilities.
• Capacity to balance multiple field team members and manage various priorities.
• Effective communication skills using diverse styles and techniques.
• Availability for travel 2-3 times annually.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to supported territories.
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
