📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert regarding reimbursement, coding, coverage, and payment pathways for Iantrek’s products in ASC, HOPD, and clinic environments.

• Provide education to healthcare providers, office personnel, and revenue cycle teams on coding, billing methods, and payer requirements.

• Identify and address access and reimbursement challenges that impact product adoption and procedural development.

• Offer assistance with prior authorizations, claim submissions, denials, and appeals processes.

• Collaborate with field sales teams to prioritize accounts and support targeted growth strategies.

• Serve as a liaison among Market Access, Sales, Finance, Clinical, and Operations teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure effective communication.

• Collect and disseminate field intelligence regarding payer policies, reimbursement trends, and market conditions.

• Aid in the implementation of payer coverage and policy updates within accounts.

• Contribute to the creation of reimbursement tools, resources, and training materials.

• Support customer interactions, field visits, and participation in industry meetings.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and company standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in business, healthcare administration, or life sciences.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in reimbursement, market access, or similar healthcare positions is essential.

• Experience with medical device or procedural-based products is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of ophthalmology and Category III CPT codes is advantageous.

• Strong comprehension of Buy and Bill reimbursement processes is necessary.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.

• This position is remote but ideally located within specific regions such as Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, Phoenix, or Seattle; other major metropolitan areas may also be considered.
