Field Reimbursement Manager – Great Lakes Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert in reimbursement, coding, coverage, and payment pathways for Iantrek’s products within ASC, HOPD, and clinic environments.

• Provide education to healthcare providers, office personnel, and revenue cycle teams regarding compliant coding and billing practices as well as payer requirements.

• Identify and mitigate customer access and reimbursement obstacles that impact product adoption and procedural growth.

• Offer guidance on prior authorizations, claims submissions, denials, and appeals processes.

• Collaborate with field sales teams to prioritize accounts and support specific growth initiatives.

• Serve as a liaison among customers and the Market Access, Sales, Finance, Clinical, and Operations teams.

• Collect and disseminate field intelligence concerning payer policies, reimbursement trends, and market dynamics.

• Assist in the implementation of payer coverage and policy modifications.

• Contribute to the development of reimbursement tools, resources, and training materials.

• Support customer interactions, field visits, and industry meetings.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and company standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; preference for business, healthcare administration, or life sciences disciplines.

• Over 5 years of experience in reimbursement, market access, or relevant healthcare positions.

• Experience with medical device or procedural-based products is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with ophthalmology and Category III CPT is advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of Buy and Bill reimbursement processes.

• Capability to assist with coding, coverage, billing, payment, prior authorizations, claims submissions, denials, and appeals procedures.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

• Must indicate if employment visa sponsorship will be necessary.
