Field Reimbursement Manager – Central Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert regarding reimbursement, coding, coverage, and payment pathways for Iantrek’s offerings.

• Provide education to healthcare providers, office personnel, and revenue cycle teams on coding, billing protocols, and payer stipulations.

• Identify and address access and reimbursement challenges that may hinder product adoption and procedural expansion.

• Assist accounts with prior authorizations, claims submission, denials, and appeals processes.

• Partner with field sales on account prioritization, strategic initiatives, and growth plans.

• Serve as a communication link between customers and Market Access, Sales, Finance, Clinical, and Operations teams.

• Collect field intelligence regarding payer policies, reimbursement trends, and market changes.

• Aid in the implementation of payer coverage and policy adjustments.

• Contribute to the development of reimbursement tools, resources, and training materials.

• Support customer interactions, field visits, and attendance at industry meetings.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and company standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required; degrees in business, healthcare administration, or life sciences are preferred.

• An MPH, MBA, or MHA is advantageous.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in reimbursement, market access, or related healthcare positions.

• Experience with medical device or procedural-based products is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with ophthalmology and Category III CPT is a plus.

• A strong understanding of Buy and Bill reimbursement processes.

• Capability to support accounts in Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), Hospital Outpatient Departments (HOPDs), clinics, and physician practices.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
