Field Project Manager – Construction Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee renovation management initiatives across key markets in Northern California and the Western United States.

• Perform on-site evaluations, engage with contractors, recruit talent, and provide performance coaching.

• Develop scopes of work that align with client requirements, design guidelines, and the “clean, safe & functional” standards.

• Manage the bidding and estimating process using RenoWalk or other authorized technologies.

• Collaborate with local contractor teams to ensure adherence to client specifications.

• Direct projects from the awarded scope through to completion, while upholding schedules, budgets, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Supervise procurement and approval processes with contractors and internal teams.

• Deliver monthly operational updates to the Renovation Management leadership team.

• Manage the renovation pipeline, encompassing bids, scopes, awarded projects, and field execution.

• Evaluate contractor networks and renovation workflows for scalability and operational efficiency.

• Onboard new revenue-generating clients and broaden market capacity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in REO/REIT construction, including scope creation, bidding/estimating, project management, contractor onboarding, and execution.

• Strong expertise in single-family construction, remodeling, and project management at both national and state levels.

• Advanced knowledge of construction practices.

• Exceptional decision-making abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in MS Office, RenoWalk, HOVER/EagleView, and similar tools.

• Access to a reliable personal vehicle.

• Valid driver's license and compliant insurance.

• Residence in the Western region of the U.S., preferably Northern California.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
