This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver and manage onboarding, certification, and continuous training programs for Cell Operators, System Operators, Maintenance Technicians, and other operational roles.

• Take ownership of training scheduling, sequencing, completion tracking, certification records, retraining requirements, and audit-ready documentation through the LMS or approved systems.

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across Maintenance, Engineering, EHS, Quality, HR, and Operations to ensure consistent training delivery that aligns with business needs.

• Maintain a strong presence on the operations floor, offering real-time coaching, performance reinforcement, and skill development support for both operators and new hires.

• Assist in the localization and translation of training materials while ensuring compliance with enterprise learning standards and operational requirements.

• Evaluate training effectiveness through certification completion rates, productivity metrics, quality results, and operational performance indicators.

• Identify and address any skill gaps as necessary.

• Support site ramp-up, launch execution, and ongoing operational performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Operations, Industrial Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in delivering structured training programs within manufacturing, logistics, warehouse automation, distribution, industrial operations, or other technical settings.

• Preferred experience in training frontline employees on standardized operational procedures, equipment operation, certification programs, or technical skills development.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

• Knowledge of STPS requirements, DC-3 training documentation, NOM-035 requirements, and other applicable workforce compliance standards, or the ability to quickly acquire this knowledge.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), maintaining training records, and managing certification tracking programs.

• Strong skills in facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, communication, and organization.

• Ability to work effectively across various shifts and operational environments.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required.
