Field Metrology Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Conduct calibration and maintenance of equipment used by customers, especially liquid handling devices.

• Establish metrology schedules and controls for particular equipment in collaboration with clients.

• Oversee customer interventions and travel to client locations as necessary.

• Guarantee the reliability and compliance of customers' measurement instruments.

• Operate directly on-site following applicable standards.

• Manage work hours independently.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

• Contribute to the growth of a start-up within a larger organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum two- or three-year post-secondary education in quality assurance or laboratory technology is required.

• A valid driving license is MANDATORY.

• Familiarity with metrology is preferred.

• Experience in volumetrics is an advantage.

• Must be highly independent, meticulous, well-organized, and customer-focused.

• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites is essential.

• Regular overnight stays during the week are expected.

• Initial training and field shadowing will take place in Nantes for several months.
