This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of BeOne Medicines’ pre-clinical and clinical pipeline.

• Manage external collaborations and research efforts with healthcare providers and academic institutions.

• Foster internal partnerships across the organization.

• Formulate regional strategies that promote compliant relationships with opinion leaders, research partners, and key organizations.

• Deliver pre-launch and post-launch Medical Affairs support for solid-tumor pipeline assets, specifically targeting breast and lung cancers.

• Collaborate with teams in Medical Affairs, clinical development, program leadership, clinical operations, legal, compliance, new product planning, safety/pharmacovigilance, molecular diagnostics, marketing, sales, and translational research.

• Create territory plans with cross-functional teams to educate HCPs and enhance patient outcomes.

• Build and sustain scientifically credible peer-to-peer relationships with opinion leaders and healthcare providers.

• Facilitate and oversee strategic partnerships with scientific and clinical experts.

• Act as a primary contact for guideline-development groups, cooperative organizations, and other entities.

• Support major and regional congresses by engaging thought leaders.

• Provide balanced and accurate information to formulary decision-makers and P&T committee members as needed.

• Identify and evaluate investigators and recommend sites for company-sponsored clinical trials.

• Coordinate on investigator-sponsored research proposal submissions and reviews.

• Plan and execute regional medical meetings, including advisory boards and investigator meetings.

• Serve as an internal resource for clinical and scientific information.

• Offer internal stakeholders insights on emerging clinical and scientific trends.

• Conduct research in therapeutic areas and analyze competitors.

• Cultivate relationships with internal experts.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Develop, track, implement, and report on goals and objectives.

• Assist in Medical Affairs budget planning and management.

• Uphold compliant business practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in clinical oncology, particularly with solid tumors; exceptional transferable experience in other therapeutic areas may also be considered.

• Established relationships with pertinent HCPs in the region.

• High proficiency in written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Ability to work flexibly with colleagues in a global environment.

• Willingness to engage in work-related travel approximately 60–70% of the time.

• MD, PharmD, PhD, or DO in a clinical and/or scientific field, with at least 5 years of clinical experience and/or demonstrated success in other biotech or pharmaceutical companies; OR NP, PA, or Master's Degree in a clinical and/or scientific discipline, with a minimum of 6 years of clinical experience and/or success in other biotech or pharmaceutical companies.

• Strong understanding of disease states and differential algorithms for treatment decisions.

• Experience in relevant disease conditions.

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, managed care, regional medical care, and the pharmaceutical industry.

• Capability to identify unmet medical, educational, and research requirements.

• Ability to interpret scientific data and translate findings into educational and research needs.

• Familiarity with research study design, execution, and strategic implications.

• Proficiency in designing and/or leading training initiatives and best practices.

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and excel in a dynamic environment.

• Effective project management and leadership capabilities.

• Strong skills in time management and organization.
