Field Maintenance Technician, 3+ Years

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Respond swiftly and professionally to maintenance and repair requests requiring skilled attention.

• Ensure that tasks are executed promptly and to a high standard of professionalism.

• Assist in scheduling and supervising contractors, including communication, obtaining bids, and verifying the completeness of their work.

• Acquire maintenance supplies as necessary for properties.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and extensive repairs, addressing plumbing, appliances, pool equipment, carpentry, sheetrock, exterior issues, and basic electrical concerns.

• Manage work orders, oversee budgets, and ensure thorough maintenance for portfolio properties.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of verifiable, hands-on experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or a related field.

• Willingness to travel within your region; this position is entirely field-based.

• Expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and executing comprehensive repairs across various trades, including plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and carpentry.

• Capability to manage and complete independent work orders, budget materials and time effectively, and communicate well with contractors and clients.

• A valid driver’s license and automobile insurance are required.

• Physical ability to regularly lift, push, or pull 50 lbs; occasionally lift up to 75 lbs; and lift over 75 lbs with assistance.
