Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conduct physical evaluations of dealer inventories and reconcile them with dealer records.

• Liaise with dealer and home office staff.

• Verify collateral and evaluate its condition.

• Deliver timely and precise reporting.

• Plan and organize inspections for efficient completion within established timelines.

• Utilize a company-provided tablet PC while executing services.

• Perform inventory verification and valuation services for manufacturers, banks, and finance firms.

• Travel to business sites within the designated area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Flexible schedule and availability during weekday business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

• Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius.

• Comfortable with mobile applications.

• Detail-oriented and eager to learn.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously.

• Must own an Android or iOS smartphone.

• Willingness to collaborate in a team environment.

• Familiarity with inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Must complete employment authorization verification through E-Verify post-hiring.
