Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough physical evaluations of dealer inventories and ensure they align with dealer records.

• Liaise with personnel from both the dealership and the home office.

• Confirm collateral details, assess the condition, and deliver timely and accurate reports.

• Organize and plan inspections to ensure efficient completion within specified timelines.

• Utilize proprietary technology along with a company-provided tablet PC to execute services.

• Perform inventory validation at various business locations across the United States and Canada.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability for a flexible schedule during weekday business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius.

• Comfortable navigating mobile applications.

• Detail-oriented with a readiness to learn.

• Effective communication skills.

• Capability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 continuous hours.

• Ownership of a smartphone (either Android or iOS).

• Familiarity with inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Verification of work authorization through E-Verify.
