Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Perform physical evaluations of dealer inventories and align findings with dealer documentation.

• Liaise with dealer and corporate office staff.

• Confirm collateral, evaluate its condition, and deliver timely and precise reporting.

• Plan and organize inspections to ensure efficient completion within specified timelines.

• Utilize a company-provided tablet PC to carry out services.

• Conduct inventory assessments at business sites on a part-time, as-needed basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Flexible availability during weekday business hours, Monday–Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius.

• Proficient in using mobile applications.

• Detail-oriented and eager to learn.

• Strong communication skills.

• Capability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously.

• Must possess a smartphone (Android or iOS).

• Familiarity with inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Work authorization confirmed through E-Verify.
