Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct physical evaluations of dealer inventories

• Reconcile inventory results with dealer documentation

• Communicate effectively with dealer and home office staff

• Verify collateral and evaluate its condition

• Deliver prompt and precise reporting

• Organize and schedule inspections to ensure efficient completion within designated timelines

• Utilize a company-provided tablet PC while executing services

• Perform inventory inspections at business sites within the assigned region

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability for a flexible schedule during weekday business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius

• Proficient with mobile applications

• Must own a smartphone (Android or iOS)

• Detail-oriented with a readiness to learn

• Strong communication skills

• Capability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously

• Knowledge of inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is advantageous but not mandatory

• Must complete work during regular business hours

• Work authorization will be verified through E-Verify
