Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct physical evaluations of dealer inventories and reconcile them with dealer records.

• Liaise with dealer and home office staff.

• Confirm collateral and evaluate its condition.

• Deliver timely and precise reporting.

• Organize and schedule inspections for effective completion within designated timelines.

• Utilize proprietary technology and a company-provided tablet PC while executing services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability for part-time work during weekday business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius.

• Proficient in using mobile applications.

• Must have an Android or iOS smartphone.

• Detail-oriented and eager to learn.

• Strong communication skills.

• Capability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously.

• Familiarity with inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is advantageous but not mandatory.
