Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Conduct physical evaluations of dealer inventories and align them with dealer records.

• Liaise with dealer and home office staff.

• Confirm collateral, evaluate condition, and deliver timely and precise reports.

• Organize and plan inspections for effective completion within designated timelines.

• Utilize proprietary technology along with a company-provided tablet PC to execute services.

• Travel to various business locations within the assigned region.

• Douglas-Guardian offers inventory verification and valuation services for manufacturers, banks, and financing companies across the United States and Canada.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability for part-time, as-needed work.

• Available during standard business hours on weekdays, Monday–Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius.

• Comfortable with mobile applications.

• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

• Effective communication skills.

• Capability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously.

• Must own a smartphone (Android or iOS).

• Familiarity with inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment.

• Verification of work authorization through E-Verify post-hire.
