Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Conduct physical assessments of dealer inventories and align them with dealer records.

• Engage in communication with dealer and corporate office staff.

• Confirm collateral and evaluate condition.

• Deliver timely and precise reporting.

• Organize and plan inspections for efficient execution within necessary timeframes.

• Utilize a company-provided tablet PC while carrying out services.

• Perform inventory inspections at business sites on a part-time, as-needed basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Flexible availability during weekday business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

• Dependable transportation.

• Valid driver's license.

• Openness to travel within a 100-mile radius.

• Comfortable with mobile applications.

• Detail-oriented and eager to learn.

• Strong communication skills.

• Capability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously.

• Must own a smartphone (Android or iOS).

• Familiarity with inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
