Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Conduct physical evaluations of dealer inventories and align them with dealer documentation.

• Engage in communication with both dealer and home office staff.

• Confirm collateral, evaluate condition, and deliver timely and precise reports.

• Organize and direct inspections to ensure efficient completion within designated timelines.

• Utilize a company-provided tablet PC while executing services.

• Perform inventory assessments at business sites on a part-time, as-needed basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work during weekday business hours, Monday–Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius.

• Proficient in using mobile applications.

• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

• Strong communication skills.

• Capability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously.

• Must possess a smartphone (Android or iOS).

• Willingness to collaborate within a team environment.

• Familiarity with inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is advantageous but not essential.
