Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough physical inspections of dealer inventories and ensure they align with dealer records.

• Maintain effective communication with both dealer and home office staff.

• Verify collateral, evaluate condition, and deliver accurate and timely reports.

• Organize and plan inspections to ensure efficient completion within set timelines.

• Utilize a company-provided tablet PC while executing services.

• Perform inventory inspections at various business sites on a part-time, as-needed basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have a flexible schedule and availability during weekday business hours, Monday–Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius.

• Comfortable with using mobile applications.

• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to stand and walk continuously for up to 7.5 hours.

• Must own a smartphone (Android or iOS).

• Familiarity with inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is advantageous but not mandatory.
