Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Conduct physical assessments of dealer inventories and reconcile them with dealer records.

• Engage in communication with dealer personnel and home office staff.

• Confirm collateral, evaluate its condition, and deliver timely and accurate reports.

• Plan and coordinate inspections to ensure efficient completion within designated timelines.

• Utilize a company-provided tablet PC while executing services.

• Perform inventory inspections at business locations on a part-time, as-needed basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability for a flexible schedule during weekday business hours, Monday–Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius.

• Proficient in using mobile applications.

• Detail-oriented and eager to learn.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Capable of standing and walking for up to 7.5 hours continuously.

• Must possess a smartphone (Android or iOS).

• Familiarity with inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Employment eligibility verified through E-Verify.
