Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Conduct physical assessments of dealer inventories and match them with dealer records.

• Liaise with dealer and headquarters staff.

• Confirm collateral and evaluate its condition.

• Deliver timely and precise reporting.

• Organize and coordinate inspections to ensure efficient completion within designated timeframes.

• Utilize a company-provided tablet PC while executing services.

• Carry out inventory inspections at business locations on a part-time, as-needed basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Flexible schedule and availability during weekday business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

• Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius.

• Proficient in using mobile applications.

• Detail-oriented and eager to learn.

• Strong communication skills.

• Capability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously.

• Must possess an Android or iOS smartphone.

• Familiarity with inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Work authorization confirmed through E-Verify after hiring.
