Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Conduct physical assessments of dealer inventories and align findings with dealer records.

• Liaise with dealer and corporate staff.

• Authenticate collateral, evaluate condition, and deliver timely, precise reports.

• Organize and coordinate inspections for optimal completion within designated timelines.

• Utilize a company-provided tablet PC to execute services.

• Perform inventory assessments at business sites on a part-time, as-needed basis.

• Confirm financed assets for manufacturers, banks, and finance firms throughout the United States and Canada.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability during weekday business hours, Monday–Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are essential.

• Openness to travel within a 100-mile radius.

• Proficiency in using mobile applications.

• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Capability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours without interruption.

• Must have a smartphone (Android or iOS).

• Familiarity with inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Work authorization will be verified through E-Verify post-hiring.

• Relevant experience as a Home Inspector, Insurance Adjuster, Mortgage Inspector, or Inventory Control Specialist is transferable.
