Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Conduct physical assessments of dealer inventories

• Reconcile inventory results with dealer records

• Liaise with dealer and home office staff

• Confirm collateral and evaluate its condition

• Deliver timely and precise reporting

• Organize and plan inspections for efficient completion within designated timelines

• Utilize a company-provided tablet PC to carry out services

• Travel to various business locations for inventory inspections

⛳️ Requirements

• Flexible availability during weekday business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius

• Proficient in using mobile applications

• Detail-oriented and eager to learn

• Strong communication skills

• Capability to stand and walk continuously for up to 7.5 hours

• Must own an Android or iOS smartphone

• Familiarity with inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is advantageous but not mandatory

• Must complete work during standard business hours

• Work authorization verification through E-Verify is required
